This craftsman-style home in Southampton suffered from deteriorating vinyl siding that had faded and warped after years of coastal exposure. The homeowners wanted a complete exterior transformation that would last decades without maintenance.

We installed James Hardie HZ10 fiber cement siding in Iron Gray, engineered specifically for high-humidity coastal environments. All corners, window surrounds, and fascia boards were wrapped in Azek cellular PVC trim for a maintenance-free finish that won't rot, warp, or peel.

The roof was simultaneously replaced with Owens Corning architectural shingles, and all flashing transitions between roof and siding were custom-fabricated on-site to ensure watertight integration. The result is a completely renewed exterior with a 30-year non-prorated Hardie warranty.
