Roofing, Siding & Exterior Contractor in Southampton, NY

Southampton is one of the oldest and most storied communities in the Hamptons, with an architectural heritage that spans centuries—from 17th-century colonial homes near the village green to the grand Gilded Age estates along Meadow Lane and Gin Lane. Working on Southampton properties requires a deep understanding of both historic preservation and modern building science, and our crews bring both to every project.

Many Southampton homes feature cedar shake roofs, natural slate, and custom millwork details that must be maintained or replicated with exacting standards. We work closely with homeowners and architects to match existing materials, profiles, and finishes—whether that means sourcing premium Western Red Cedar for a shake roof replacement on First Neck Lane or installing Brava composite tiles that replicate the look of natural slate without the structural weight concerns.

Southampton's Town building department has specific requirements for coastal construction, including wind uplift ratings and flood zone compliance. Our team handles the full permitting process and ensures every installation meets or exceeds local code requirements. From the North Sea neighborhood to the village core, Southampton homeowners trust Pyramid for the precision and accountability that high-value properties demand.
